30 Meals for 30 Days kicked off with a heartwarming launch at ACVV Khayalethu Child and Youth Care Centre on 9 May! 

This campaign aims to provide 30 nutritious meals over 30 days while raising awareness about child hunger in the Eastern Cape. The organisers endeavour to encourage the participation of communities, organisations and food growers to make a difference in the lives of our children. 

Khayalethu were the first recipients, with a large portion of the donation being selected from Startwell , an organisation which has dedicated itself to creating affordable meals, tailored to children’s nutritional needs.

Thanks to these generous sponsors and amazing volunteers, the boys enjoyed a delicious lunch, games, treats, and a joyful celebration AND Khayalethu’s pantry has been powered up with the good food we need to grow our boys into good men.
