Terms and Conditions:
- Eligibility:
- Open to anyone aged 18 years or older.
- Employees, volunteers, and immediate family members of ACVV Khayalethu Child and Youth Care Centre are not eligible to enter.
- Entry:
- Entry is valid only when the official entry form is completed and submitted, and the entry fee of R10.00 is received.
- Prize:
- The winner will receive MC & Entertainment by Niqui Cloete-Barrass at a private or corporate event (Prize value: R8 000 – R10 000).
- The prize does not include sound equipment or operation.
- It is subject to Niqui Cloete-Barrass’s availability and must be booked in advance.
- The prize is valid until 30 June 2026 in Gqeberha only.
- It is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Winner Selection & Notification:
- The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries.
- The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will be notified via the contact details provided on the entry form.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternative winner may be drawn.
- Use of Personal Information:
- Personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the lucky draw and will not be shared with third parties.
- By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and photo for publicity related to the lucky draw.
- General Conditions:
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Liability:
- Neither ACVV Khayalethu Child and Youth Care Centre nor Niqui Cloete-Barrass are responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the draw or from accepting or using the prize.
